Sansotei
Sansotei on Dundas Street West and Bay Street has six types of ramen including its standard (pork based soup) which is the most popular choice. They combine black (garlic oil) shio (salt), miso, shoyu (soy sauce) and some spicy ingredients, but you have to be careful on when you order as their spicy selection has limited quantities. You can also choose noodles types — thick or thin — giving you greater control over what you want to eat.
